NOV. 19 MEETUP - Hangboarding 101 w/ Casey Jensen

Are you tired of falling off the same problem over and over again? Do you feel like you can finally climb those green dots, but the pink routes feel way too hard? You come in to the gym and try hard every time but never seem to get stronger? Well, long-time Front member and strongman Casey Jensen is here to help!

Training for climbing can be frustrating. Where do you start? What are you supposed to do and when? And does it mean you have to stop having fun with your climbing? One of the best places to start is on a hang board. It is a great training tool and can significantly improve your climbing.

Casey’s Bio: I’m an Utah native climber and have had the enjoyment of the Wasatch being my backyard. I started climbing when I was 16 and it has continued to be my passion for the last 15 years. My initial introduction to climbing was trad climbing along the Wasatch and throughout the state. Over the last few years, I have shifted my focus more towards bouldering and sport climbing.  Climbing has taken me to the most amazing places and I have had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing people and friends. I look forward to helping others along their own climbing journeys.

When: November 19, 2019 – 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Cost: Free for members. Guests welcome with a day pass.
